Frederica was alerted for a stand by @ Sta. 48, before 49-2 responded the sation was realerted for a tanker to the scene of a working structure fire. While on that call the Sta. was altered for a ladder to assist Sta. 42 with a working structure fire.

40 years of service

Past chief Jerry "JJ" Johnston recieved his 40 years of service aware at our monthly meeting. We would like to thank JJ and his family for his 40 years of service to his community.

Ladder Company Assist Sta. 42

Sta. 49 was alerted for a ladder company assist for a hotel fire in Milford. Crews from Stations 42, 49 and 52 evacuated the structure and extingushed a small fire.

Engine 49-1 is moving to Missouri

49-1 served Frederica for 27 years. Its new home is Cross Timbers Rural Fire Dept. Missouri. They will maintain it designation of 49-1. Serve them well and thank you Engine 49-1 you will be missed.

Frederica EMS stand-by at DE TURF

A49, 49-9 and Ranger 49 with crews, stood by DE Turf for any and all emerganceies every weekend in April during tournaments.

Today we assisted a local farmer burn an old home down.

Local businesses and Fire Comapanies bowl to raise money for Milford Boys & Girls Club

Fire Prevention Posters were juged at State level and our district had two children in the running.

Stand-By Station 42

Station 49 was alerted to stand-by station 42 while they battled a commercial structure fire.

Christmas Night Fire at Slaughter Beach

Station 49 was alerted to stand-by at station 42 while they were assisting station 89 with a multi structure fire. While 49-2 was in route to the stand-by they were diverted to the scene and the station was alerted to a full station response to the scene. Crew from 49-2, Tanker 49 and Rescue 49 assisted station 89 with this Christmas night fire.

Santa's Visit and Run

Santa visited our station to listen to children’s wishes, and then he jumped on Brush 49 to wish the district a Merry Christmas. Thank you Santa.
